What happens after I pay?+
After checkout, our team reviews your track(s) and pitches them to curators in your genre. You'll receive a campaign report within 5 days showing which playlists accepted your music.
Can I promote more than one track?+
Yes! The Starter plan includes up to 2 tracks, Standard includes up to 4, and Premium includes up to 5. If you need a custom budget for more tracks, use our flexible slider on the promote page.
Are there any hidden fees or recurring charges?+
No. You pay once per campaign. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
What currency will I be charged in?+
Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your browser settings. You'll be charged the equivalent amount in that currency through our secure Stripe checkout.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?+
We aim for a 10–25% curator acceptance rate depending on genre fit and track quality. If you have concerns about your campaign, contact our support team and we'll work with you to address them.
How does the custom budget slider work?+
If our preset plans don't fit your needs, you can set any budget between the minimum and maximum using the slider on our promote page. The estimated reach updates in real time based on your budget.
